What is Inner Yoga?

Inner Yoga is inner body balancing – for anyone who wants wellness…in any or all aspects of their life… physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

The focus of the work is not on what is wrong in the body, but on helping all the systems of the body to work together and support the life force energy of the body to flow correctly. When this happens the body knows how to heal itself.

This work of balancing is done on a massage table with the client in comfortable clothing.

It is a gentle and profound bodywork that includes stretching, acupressure, light massage and polarity work. It gives the body a deep level of relaxation and an opportunity to “reset” the nervous system that is stressed. It also provides an experience of “groundedness” and of being more internal.

Private session options are
:
$125 for 1 hour and $150 for 1 1/2 hours

If you have come to help me, you are wasting your time.
But if you have come because your liberation is bound up with mine, then let us work together.”
