Julie Upton, DPYP! Yoga Instructor & mother of two boys, knows first-hand the value of “Parents Night”.  While you enjoy FOUR (4) precious hours of kid-FREEdom together, we help your kids let-go of excess energy through yoga postures, yoga art (arts/crafts), snacks & kid-friendly movie.  By the time you return to pick-them-up – they’re calm, happy & ready for bed.

FALL SERIES begins September 19, 2012

DPYP! Kids Yoga is full of “kid-friendly” learning experiences ~ to support focus, attention & concentration through playful yoga poses, animated breathing, music & yoga-nature-animal metaphors to simultaneously help students gain physical strength, balance & flexibility.

  • Cathy Hall:

Cute kids, reminds me of when I taught Kindergarten I showed them a few poses in the classroom and then they wanted to continue outside at recess. It also gets them into breathing correctly to stay calm

  • Jennifer:

PLEASE do this again – This particular session won’t work due to previous commitment, but Danielle DEFINITELY will be at the next one! So much fun!
