DPYP! Kids Yoga Transformer, Julie Upton
, makes yoga fun & inspirational. When kids have fun, they stay interested! Yoga poses and breathing techniques can help children manage anxiety, asthma, ADHD and personal image/confidence.

Throughout this six-week program, kids learn specific parts of a yoga practice – balance poses, strength poses, flexibility poses, resting poses, etc – along with strengthening their natural creativity & problem-solving natures by expressing themselves through art.

  • Cathy Hall:

Cute kids, reminds me of when I taught Kindergarten I showed them a few poses in the classroom and then they wanted to continue outside at recess. It also gets them into breathing correctly to stay calm

  • Jennifer:

PLEASE do this again – This particular session won’t work due to previous commitment, but Danielle DEFINITELY will be at the next one! So much fun!
