I began my yoga journey in the summer of 1999. It has been a sweet, joyous, centering ride ever since.

As a yoga instructor, I’m known by many for having an off-beat sense of humor, but this is just one of my many facets as a yoga instructor. Although I challenge each student to have faith in their bodies and test the boundaries that may be holding them back, I do so with compassion and understanding for what it takes for each individual to begin their own exploration of yoga in their life.

I like to believe that my classes are uplifting and inspiring. I see students working on asanas, breathing, alignment, poses, grace and lots of laughter. I do my best to infuse sweetness and loving, playful energy into each of my classes, for all to enjoy.

Sometimes yoga can feel serious and uncomfortable. I try to remove the fear of the unknown and let my students’ hearts speak from the truth that is within. My overall goal as an instructor is to help the students believe, trust and recognize the strength each one of them possesses inside. I want every student to walk away from the studio embracing their individuality and feeling that they have awakened a deeper awareness, knowing that no voice is better than their own.

I am also available for (one-on-one) Private or In-Class Personal Yoga Guidance
