Amber's class was the perfect way to start off the new year! Amber's soothing, kind voice gracefully guides students through poses. She takes great care in explaining how our bodies should be aligned in each pose. Amber is also really great about explaining sound and vibration coupled with stretching poses. She really brings Suze's practice to life and furthers Suze's mission, while adding friendly and informational instructions of her own.
