Dynamic Power Yoga PLUS! is heated power yoga – infusing the ancient art of the Asana (pose) with the extremely powerful science of Sound & Color Vibration. The student is guided through a multi-level flow of non-impacting movements that can be performed by everyone – of any age – beginner to seasoned practitioner.

Physically

Each pose creates movement throughout the body — your muscles build & reshape, your heart & lungs strengthen, fat stores are utilized, and you become more flexible with each practice.

• The room is 85-90 degrees (temp raises with larger number of bodies in room), which allows tight muscles to move more freely and promotes detoxification.
• “Dynamic Breath” — Deep, rhythmic inhales through the nose — build lung & cardio capacity, and oxygenates the blood & brain.
• Positive (subliminal) affirmations, such as — “You are strong – You are healthy – You are flexible” — are integrated into background music.
• Focus — Body/Mind Awareness is enhanced as the student learns to “be present” .
• During the practice, Sonic Vibration (music) helps RELEASE ‘old hurts and dis-ease’ from the body’s tissues. Additionally, the tonal resonance of YOUR OWN VOICE (ohmmmmmmmm) — 90% more effective — is used to release tension and encourage HEALING in every strata of your being.
• During rest, you are soothed with beautiful, light ambient music that helps the body ‘flow’ into its new space – from the ‘openings’ you created during your practice.

Mentally

The Mind — Your own powerful personal computer!  Every thought sends a chemical chain reaction through every cell of your body. What are you made up of ? — 75 trillion cells -– Learn to acknowledge negative, repetitive thoughts and CHANGE them to Positive, Intention-ful thoughts.
