I have taken yoga all over the world. Suze’s yoga and the people who work for her are absolutely THE BEST~! I had the most challenging, releasing, left-it-on-the-mat practice I’ve ever experienced. I was allowed to modify or take a break without feeling judged; and, for some reason I felt so inspired, I wanted to go deeper & breathe into poses (rather than quit). Her staff is smiling & helpful & respectful. Suze’s wisdom is unbelievable – she says things that I can’t figure out how she could possibly have known. It (her empathy) seems to morph into her other instructors, as I’ve now enjoyed 3-4 (of her) other instructors, and all of them said something that was just what I needed to hear that day~! I am practicing here every time I’m in Dallas. Thank You, Suze & all of you at DPYP! for such a WONDERFUL experience~! Namaste.

I’m sitting at work on a very busy day just 24 hours after an extremely physically challenging yet mentally liberating experience. Specifically, this is in reference to a class that Suze taught this Tuesday morning. Her main focus for this particular class was on the iliosacral/hip area, a recently diagnosed major problem for me! I am fairly new to the practice of Yoga, but not new to health and fitness. To date, this was the most challenging class. To summarize my in-class experience, I left feeling like a ragdoll that was hanging by just a few threads. Throughout the class, Suze reiterated how invigorated we would all feel. I typically train with a body sculptor later in the evening but I felt that my body needed to rest. Now, one day later, I feel absolutely amazing. Suze was right. It has become evident that Suze embodies an extremely well rounded yet uniquely diverse knowledge in many disciplines within the fitness arena. She has an uncanny intuitive perception that is anchored in experience and knowledge. This perception gives her insight into an individual’s ailments/weaknesses and precisely how to strengthen those weaknesses. She compiles this wisdom and it culminates to a full crescendo within the walls of the heated studio. This ragdoll is now feeling like the marathoner she once was.
